Wash the Lady Finger and let it dry in the sunlight. Once dry chop it into fine little pieces.Now take the Chopped Lady Finger and fry it lightly in a pan on a medium heat stove.
Then cut the green chillies and add them in the pan. After it becomes golden brown put it into a bowl. Now in the leftover oil add fine chopped onions and Green Chillies and sauté them until the color changes to pink.
Now add chicken and mix both onions and chicken well, fry until the color of chicken changes, add chopped tomatoes. Now add Salt (1 tea spoon / as per taste), Red Chili Powder (2 tea spoon), Turmeric Powder (1 tea spoon), Coriander Powder (1 tea spoon) and mix well. Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now add the fried Lady Finger with chicken and mix well.Leave it on the stove for 4 to 5 minutes covered with the lid. Finally Bhindi Gosht is ready to serve.
