Chicken Kebab
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken: 400 grams
Roasted Cashew: 50 gms
Cream – 20 ml
Ghee – 10 ml
Cardamom Powder – 1 teaspoon
Mawa – 5 grams
Fresh coriander leaves- As per Taste
Salt-As per taste
Refined oil – 2 teaspoons
Butter – 10-15 ml
Sugar, cheese 10 grams
Preparation method :
- First, clean the boneless chicken and cut it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, saute cashew nuts, mawa, fresh coriander leaves and refined oiled chicken.
- This mixture of chicken is well minced in a mincer machine and mixed well with cream, ghee, butter, cardamom powder, mawa, salt sugar and chicken.
- Now put the chicken mixture on the skewers of the oven and put the skewers on pre-heat. When the chicken is cooked inside the oven, open the lid of the oven and brush butter on it for 2 minutes.
- After keeping it like this for 8-10 minutes, when it becomes lightly browned, the chicken kabab is ready to serve.
