Chicken Kebab

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken: 400 grams

Roasted Cashew: 50 gms

Cream – 20 ml

Ghee – 10 ml

Cardamom Powder – 1 teaspoon

Mawa – 5 grams

Fresh coriander leaves- As per Taste

Salt-As per taste

Refined oil – 2 teaspoons

Butter – 10-15 ml

Sugar, cheese 10 grams

 Preparation method :

  1. First, clean the boneless chicken and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, saute cashew nuts, mawa, fresh coriander leaves and refined oiled chicken.
  3. This mixture of chicken is well minced in a mincer machine and mixed well with cream, ghee, butter, cardamom powder, mawa, salt sugar and chicken.
  4. Now put the chicken mixture on the skewers of the oven and put the skewers on pre-heat. When the chicken is cooked inside the oven, open the lid of the oven and brush butter on it for 2 minutes.
  5. After keeping it like this for 8-10 minutes, when it becomes lightly browned, the chicken kabab is ready to serve.
