Chicken Reshmi Kebab
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken– 250g
Curd : 1/2 cup
Cream – 4 teaspoons
Cashews & almonds – 1/2 cup together
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Add a handful of coriander leaves
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Refined oil: 1 tbsp
Butter as per requirement.
Preparation method:
- Cut the chicken into medium slices.
- Let the cashews and almonds simmer for 15 minutes and remove the peel of the almonds and prepare a fine paste with the cashews.
- Now take cashew & almond paste with the chicken in it and marinate for 4 hours with the mentioned ingredients.
- After that, insert the chicken in bamboo skewer (bamboo stick) and heat a pan and put the chicken over the pan and keep on brushing oil and butter until ready and serve hot.
