Dry fish with kosu (Taro Plant) and Bamboo Shoot

Ingredients:

kosu (taro plant) – 6

Onion: 1

Salt and turmeric powder

Bamboo shoot – half bowl

Dry fish

Green chillies – 3

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Dry chilli – 1

Refine oil

Preparation method :

  1. Cut the kosu thinly.
  2. Wash the dry fish cleanly.
  3. First fry the fish in a pan with oil.
  4. In that oil add onion, Ginger-garlic paste.
  5. Fry the kosu.
  6. After some time add dry fish.
  7. Add green chilli When the fish seems cooked, cover it with a low-fat lid and serve.
