Mutton liver FRY with Pepper
Ingredients:
- Mutton liver : 200 grms (Small pieces)
- Chopped Onion : 2 large
- Medium Pieces Tomato: 1
- Ginger Garlic paste: 1tsp
- Chilly as per taste
- Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper: 1 n1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil: 4-5 tsp
- Freshly ground garam masala: 1/2tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Heat mustard oil in a pan.
- Add onions, chilli, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper and fry till golden brown in color.
- Add mutton liver cubes into it and mix well and cook on medium heat until color changes. Add salt and tomato pieces.
- Cover and cook on low flame for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and sprinkle black pepper (as per taste) and add garam masala powder mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- And serve hot.
