Mutton liver FRY with Pepper

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton liver : 200 grms (Small pieces)
  2. Chopped Onion : 2 large
  3. Medium Pieces Tomato: 1
  4. Ginger Garlic paste: 1tsp
  5. Chilly  as per taste
  6. Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
  7. Crushed black pepper: 1 n1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Mustard oil: 4-5 tsp
  11. Freshly ground garam masala: 1/2tsp
  12. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
  2. Add onions, chilli, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper and fry till golden brown in color.
  3. Add mutton liver cubes into it and mix well and cook on medium heat until color changes. Add salt and tomato pieces.
  4. Cover and cook on low flame for about 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and sprinkle black pepper (as per taste) and add garam masala powder mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. And serve hot.
