Sesame Chicken (Til diya )

Ingredients:

  • Meat – 500 gm
  • Black Sesame – 2 Table Spoon.
  • Cumin Seed – ½ Table spoon
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste – 2 Table Spoon
  • Onion – 1 big Chopped
  • Red Dry Chilly – 1
  • Turmeric  and Salt – As per taste
  • Green Chilly – 1
  • Oil – 1 Table Spoon
  • Black Pepper – 3

Method:

  • Wash the meat.
  • Mix the red dry chilly, cumin, sesame and black pepper and make a paste out of it.
  • Lather everything with this paste and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add everything in the pan and cook till it starts leaving oil in medium heat. High heat will burn the sesame.
  • Now pour hot water in the pan.
  • Boil till the meat is cooked.
  • Serve hot with sticky rice.
