Sesame Chicken (Til diya )
Ingredients:
- Meat – 500 gm
- Black Sesame – 2 Table Spoon.
- Cumin Seed – ½ Table spoon
- Ginger & Garlic Paste – 2 Table Spoon
- Onion – 1 big Chopped
- Red Dry Chilly – 1
- Turmeric and Salt – As per taste
- Green Chilly – 1
- Oil – 1 Table Spoon
- Black Pepper – 3
Method:
- Wash the meat.
- Mix the red dry chilly, cumin, sesame and black pepper and make a paste out of it.
- Lather everything with this paste and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add everything in the pan and cook till it starts leaving oil in medium heat. High heat will burn the sesame.
- Now pour hot water in the pan.
- Boil till the meat is cooked.
- Serve hot with sticky rice.
