VOICE OF THE GODS
They have been around since the dawn of human civilization. They have mesmerized the human soul for millennia and are said to be the Voice of the Gods themselves. They have appeared in numerous forms and appearances over times immemorial, filling the human spirit with ecstasy and exhilaration. They have been proved scientifically and spiritually to be connected with the ultimate source, playing a pivotal role in human development and evolution. They take the human consciousness into a whole new level and allow human senses to experience new dimensions and parallel universes. Both the East and the West have diverse traditions concerning them and the whole world is enamoured with their essence. And they are the things that can never be obliterated or destroyed because they are the core of the Universe and plays an important role in the formation and annihilation of Matter. They are here to stay for eternity.
The most common things usually become difficult to comprehend because they are so common, so obvious that our brains ignore them from our sight. But when we expand our consciousness, a whole new world unwraps itself in front of us like the petals of a Lotus, enthralling us with its magnificence.
One of these wonderful discoveries of Human Kind is nothing else but DANCE. Everything in this Universe is dancing to the tune of the underlying Quantum field. The Eternal Cosmic Dance of Shiva is constantly spawning out matter, energy and space and also obliterating them, keeping the balance of this Universe.
When we dance, our souls become one with the cosmic soul and we feel elated and intoxicated. Our whole body gets energized, just like a charging battery.
Dance has been around this world since time immemorial, for evolution itself is the result of the incessant dance of numerous species. Even today, when we observe closely the animal and plant kingdoms, we see innumerable processes that involve the dance of various procedures culminating into beautiful behaviours of plant and animal species. Life itself is a dance of innumerable cells coming together to form the unbelievable thread of existence. When the Sea Horses dance during courtship, holding tails and swimming snout-to-snout or the Telegraph plant also known as the Dancing Plant rapidly spreads its leaflets to receive sunlight, they display the basic urge of every living creature to Vibrate and seek Life.
The dance moves of the beautiful Ladies and Gents all over the world, in various colourful and attractive attires, depict the presence of a Universal Energy in their souls and bodies. Their expressions and the co-ordination of their hands, feet, body, eyes etc portray the primary order in the cosmos, transcending Chaos and irregularities. These include western dance forms like Ballet, Salsa, Break Dance, Waltz, Tango, Fandango, Latin Dance, Disco etc and eastern dance forms like Bharatnatyam, Kathakali, Kabuki, Lion Dance, Iranian Dance, Bihu Dance, Manipuri Dance, Sattriya Nritya and so many more.
Dance is the ultimate tool of channelling Universal Energy through our Body, Mind and Soul and attaining higher states of consciousness. Even Buddha utilized the Ancient Art of “Mudras”, which is also a means of accessing and using Cosmic Life-Force.
Another great discovery of the Human Awareness is what is collectively termed as MUSIC. Music is the pulsating energy which forms all matter and gives shape to the Universe. It is the eternal Voice of the Gods, as has been elaborated by the Quantum Field theory, where all that exists, existed and shall exist in the future bursts out from a Universal, infinite field of infinite possibilities, through oscillating multi-dimensional objects called Strings, which are the building blocks of all matter and energy. In Hindu mythology too, there is mention of a vast Akashic Field of accumulated knowledge that has the records of all events, past, present and future.
Eastern philosophy, especially Ancient Indian texts, the Vedas, Puranas, Mahabharata, and Ramayana etc are stuffed with examples of powerful ancient incantations known as “Mantras” which are nothing else but the manipulation of energy already present in abundance in nature and utilizing the same for a specific purpose. The concept of “AUM” as the Primary Universal Sound of Creation from where “Being” started, is a central idea of Indian Philosophy and every Mantra usually starts with an “OM” resonance. Even science has corroborated the powerful effects of OM sound, Gayantri Mantra, Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra etc, as being the manifestation of an invisible force field of vibrational energy.
There is another beautiful experiment that was done by a Swiss doctor, artist and researcher, Dr. Hans Jenny, who demonstrated what happens to different kinds of matter when they are exposed to different vibrating plates or surfaces etc. He termed the phenomena as Cymatics, from the Greek word “Kyma” meaning “the Wave”. He was amazed by the frequency patterns the vocalization of “OM” created that formed a circle with a centre point over the lycopodium powder.
Thus, it is not unusual for us to feel jubilant and elated whenever we listen to a beautiful piece of music for Music creates matter. The opposite is also true. Whenever, a loud, noisy or disgruntled piece of music is played, matter distorts itself and we feel depressed and weak. Even our thoughts are nothing but various frequencies of Music. If we create good thoughts, we feel good and vice versa. Our thoughts are variations of the same energy field, known as Quantum or Akashic Field, but how we utilize our force fields, totally depend on us. The Choice is ours. That is the power of Free Will. That is the Voice of the Gods.
Lastly, to end the infinite, we as Humans can do just one thing. If we propagate these two Universal concepts of Dance and Music and instil our souls with higher vibrations, this World of us will be a better place to live. Hatred will perish, Peace shall reign.
